[SIMDAG] NULL -> nullptr substitution

I used the following command: (the '**' means recursion in ZSH)
sed -i -e 's/\([^_]\s*\)NULL/\1nullptr/g' src/**/*.cpp

We check for the underscore to avoid replacing MPI_*_NULL
