3 modes are supported on compilation:

 * normal (no SDT);

 * SDT (systemtap statically defined tracepoint);

 * UST (lttng userspace static tracepoint, compatible with systemtap
   if LTTNG_UST_HAVE_SDT_INTEGRATION).
